I am a BACP accredited counsellor and have my own private practice, where are I also offer some supervision.  I work in the Harlow and surrounding areas.  I am a counsellor for a mental health organisation and for a local charity.  I work with both male and female clients  and with couples.  I also teach a counselling skills course in the Essex area. I am fully CRB checked and have regular supervision and continually develop my professional work as a therapist.

I am also a qualified martial artist, with over 25 years of experience and run classes in this and in assertiveness and self esteem, so some of my approach comes from this field.
